An Infinite Horizon Publishing publication

Effective October 17, 2026

Scope and contact

Ultraviolet Mind is an editorial publication operated by Infinite Horizon Holdings LLC, doing business as Infinite Horizon Publishing. This policy describes the website’s current functionality. For privacy questions or requests, contact ultravioletmind@infinitehorizonholdings.com. It does not replace the privacy notices of external services.

Reading the publication

You do not need a reader account to read released essays. The site has no reader registration, contact form, comments, checkout, or on-site newsletter signup. Search and topic filters do not create a subscriber record.

Hosting and service providers process information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses, browser/request information, and operational or error logs. The application includes error reporting. Provider logging and retention are governed by the providers’ own practices.

Publication correspondence

If you email us, your email address, message, and any attachments are processed through the publication’s Microsoft 365 mailbox alias to handle your inquiry. Correspondence is not automatically added to a mailing list or published. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.

The private editorial workspace

Authorized editors sign in to manage drafts, revisions, author details, image files, credits, and publication settings. Lovable Cloud supplies the account, data, and private image-storage services. The available sign-in methods are email and password, or Google sign-in through Lovable. Account verification and password-reset messages support email sign-in. Google and Lovable process the information needed for their sign-in services under their own privacy notices; signing in does not by itself grant editorial access.

Editorial sign-in uses persistent browser local storage to maintain authenticated access across visits, rather than storage limited to a single browser session. Within the Lovable preview, session storage may also be coordinated through the editor’s sign-in service. This is not a reader subscription.

Private drafts and administrative records are restricted to authorized editorial accounts. Images are stored privately and displayed through temporary access links; cover images selected for intentionally released essays can be viewed by readers. Saving a draft does not publish it.

Fonts, links, and the newsletter

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the requests needed to deliver those fonts. Articles may link to third-party sites; those sites operate under their own policies.

Newsletter buttons open Substack in a separate tab. Any subscription information you provide there is handled by Substack, not collected through this website. Substack’s privacy notice and subscription terms apply.

Cookies, browser storage, and analytics

No advertising pixels or third-party audience analytics are configured. The site keeps its hosting platform’s built-in analytics enabled; these provide the publisher with aggregate operational statistics such as visit counts, page views, pages visited, referral sources where available, general device and country information, and approximate visit duration. They are used to understand readership of the publication, not to build advertising profiles, and no additional tracking service has been added. Persistent local storage supports editorial sign-in; hosting, authentication providers, and other external services may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. This is not a promise that the site or its providers process no data.

Retention

Correspondence, editorial records, revisions, account information, and media may remain stored until they are deliberately removed. The application does not currently apply an automatic retention or deletion schedule. Provider logs, backups, and service records are governed by the relevant providers’ own practices. No fixed retention period is stated in this policy.

Requests and changes

Contact ultravioletmind@infinitehorizonholdings.com with questions about information you have provided or a request to access, correct, or delete it. Requests may be subject to lawful limits, including necessary security or recordkeeping. Material changes to this notice will be reflected on this page before new functionality is introduced.
